Again, there is an incident on the M6 which causes ALL motorway traffic to be diverted along the A6.  This is a regular occurence, causing both safety concerns and problems for many of the elderly people living in this area who rely on carers.

 

See today's backlog of traffic (Tues 2nd Sept 25) which lasted for several hours this morning, northbound.  Lorries were not clearling the traffic lights at the junction of Marine Rd and the A6 causing the junction to become blocked so that Marine Rd was also backlogged.
