The Friends of Lapwing Fields Green Space (Slyne with Hest & Bolton le Sands) Need Your Help. Please click on the link below to sign our petition. This petition through Lancaster City Council will hold more weight than the original from Change.org so if you have already signed the Change.org petition, please re-sign this one. If you live in the area covered by the petition, these signatures will really count the most.
You can also find paper petitions in local shops, libraries, schools and other public places, if you have signed one of these, there is no need to sign the LCC petition.
Our existing petition through Change.org is for supporters who do not live
in the immediate area of Slyne with Hest or Bolton le Sands (the area adjacent to this
Greenbelt space). If you support our goal of protecting our existing Green Belt land,
are facing similar issues in your area or want to protect green spaces generally
