2/ The 1991 Local Plan mentions the preservation of setting and special character of historic towns, Green Belt purpose (d) - Section 2.8 and Sections 1.5 and 1.9
3. At present this document questions whether any grey belt development would undermine the fundamental purposes of the Green belt (taken together) of the remaining Green belt. See section 1.8 and Section 1.4 of the North Lancashire GB LP 1991
